Fees

DELEGATES CDN $895 + GST Includes welcome reception on March 5; breakfast, lunch and all general sessions on March 6 and 7; and the gala on March 7.

Does not include port tour – an optional add-on (complimentary)  during registration.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 11:59 pm CST on February 22, 2019: Substitution of attendees for delegate or partner registrations is permissible without charge. Alternatively, refunds will be issued for cancellations subject to an administration fee of $100 per person, i.e., if a delegate and partner cancel, administration fees would be $200.

As of February 23, 2019: Delegates and partners are liable for the full registration fees even if they do not attend the conference or individual events they registered for. Substitutions cannot be accommodated and refunds will not be issued.

The Canola Council of Canada and the Canada Grains Council reserve the right to change program meeting place, location or content without notice.
