Prior to 11:59 pm CST on February 24, 2017: Substitution of delegates for full program or partner program is permissible without charge. Alternatively, refunds will be issued for cancellations subject to an administration fee of $100 per person, i.e., if a full delegate and partner cancel, administration fees would be $200.
As of February 25, 2017: Delegates and partners are liable for the full registration fees even if they do not attend the conference or individual events they registered for. Substitutions cannot be accommodated and refunds will not be issued.
The Canola Council of Canada reserves the right to change program meeting place, location or content without notice.
